Library Information
Hours:
Mon - Fri: 7:10 a.m. to 3:40 p.m.
Our library is named
in honor of LA High alumnus and science fiction writer Ray
Bradbury.
The school library is
located on the second floor of the east wing and
provides book check-out services.
Computers that are
research stations are fully networked and online are
available to teachers and students. Due to the
increase in the number of classes wishing to use the
library for research purposes, we must limit the
number of consecutive days that classes may sign up.
Teachers may sign up in advance for library use for
one day only. Two classes per period is the
maximum allowed at one time in the library.
Library orientation is available upon request.

Mission Statement
By collaborating with the
Professional Learning Community of Los Angeles High
School, the library serves as the hub of information for our school as it encourages the use of curriculum support information and recreational reading. The Ray Bradbury Library works to ensure students are effective and ethical users of ideas and information by providing information sources in various formats on a wide range of subjects to support curriculum and pleasure reading material.
